  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and smashing them.
  2. In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into 20-25 balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the cookie balls in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler; add food coloring if desired.
  6. Dip each chilled ball in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
  7. While still wet, add sprinkles on top and chill again until set, about 1 hour.
