Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 1 cup strawberry soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the strawberry soda, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Place seasoned ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over both sides and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours until tender.
- Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Remove foil from ribs and brush with more glaze.
- Grill for about 5 minutes per side until sticky and caramelized. Serve with remaining sauce.
