- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium recommended)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
