- 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 4 cups florets)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- Drain the cooked cauliflower in a colander to allow excess moisture to evaporate.
- In a food processor, blend the drained cauliflower with minced garlic, butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with olive oil or fresh herbs if desired.
