  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the beef, chopping broccoli into bite-sized pieces, and mincing garlic and ginger.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger; set aside.
