12–16 large portobello or cremini mushrooms
1 cup lump crab meat
4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill (chopped)
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Clean mushroom caps and remove stems.
3. Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. In a bowl, combine sautéed onion and garlic with crab meat, cream cheese, herbs, spices, salt, and pepper.
