  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and mixed nuts.
  3. In another bowl, microwave nut butter with honey or maple syrup for 20 seconds until warm. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the nut butter mixture over the oats and nuts; mix until evenly coated.
  5. Gently fold in dried fruits and chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture into muffin tins and press down firmly.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Let cool completely before removing from the tin.
