Ingredients
- 16 large pasta shells
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix together ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each shell with the filling and place seam-side up in the baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce generously over the stuffed shells.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until bubbly.
