  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
