  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash and chop the bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
