  • 4 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey, divided
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F/175°C).
  2. Wash the nectarines and pat them dry. Brush the cut sides with 1 tablespoon of honey.
  3. Place the nectarines cut-side down on the grill for 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove from the grill, allow to cool slightly, then top each half with Greek yogurt and drizzle with remaining honey.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top before serving.
