  • 2 cups fresh spinach (packed)
  • 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they float, about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
