Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar and mix in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in sliced apples and cinnamon gently into the mixture. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly firm but still jiggly in the center. Cool completely before removing from pan.
