- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 3 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the dish for the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add the remaining sugar and eggs, mixing until well combined. Pour over the crust.
- Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and remaining sugar in a separate bowl; layer over the cheesecake mixture.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the center. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
