- ¼ cup coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, chopped mixed nuts, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) together until well combined; let cool slightly.
