  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
