- 3 tbsp achiote paste
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Corn tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix achiote paste, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, and oregano until smooth.
