  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together coffee grounds, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. Pat the prime rib dry and rub the coffee mixture generously over the entire roast.
