Description

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3×3-inch squares.
  3. Place each square in a mini muffin tin slot, pressing gently to fit.
  4. Add a piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square and top with cranberry sauce and chopped rosemary.
  5. Whisk the egg and brush it over the pastry edges for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up. Let cool slightly before serving.
