  • 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (300°F).
  2. 2. Pat dry the pork ribs and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.
  4. 4. Place the seasoned ribs on the grill bone-side down. Cook low and slow for about 2 hours, flipping occasionally until tender.
  5. 5. During the last half hour of grilling, brush on BBQ sauce to caramelize.
  6. 6. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with extra sauce.
