Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries, mangoes, or peaches)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk or yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Popsicle molds (8-count)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the fruit, coconut milk or yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Insert wooden sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  5. To release popsicles, run warm water over the mold for a few seconds before gently pulling them out.
