Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Pulse until slightly chunky.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized falafel balls.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the falafel balls until golden brown on all sides (about 3 minutes per side).
