Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add the egg and mix until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto lined baking sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft. Cool slightly before serving.
