- 1 box (15.25 oz) Vanilla Cake Mix
- 2 cups Strawberry Syrup (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Water (as directed on cake mixes)
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans with nonstick spray.
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions using eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Pour half of the batter into one prepared pan.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Repeat the same process for the vanilla cake mix in the second pan.
- Once cooled, poke holes all over each layer using a fork or skewer.
