- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping onions and garlic. Slice the beef against the grain.
- Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the beef until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté onions and mushrooms in the same skillet until softened.
- Stir in garlic, beef broth, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and mix in sour cream; serve over egg noodles.
