- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring gently.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
- Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Frost between layers and on top of the cake.
