Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns (soft and slightly sweet)
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup horseradish sauce
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sliced caramelized onions (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles (sliced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice each slider bun in half and place them cut-side up in the baking dish. Layer generous amounts of roast beef on each bottom half followed by a slice of provolone cheese.
  3. Spoon horseradish sauce over the cheese on each slider and add caramelized onions and pickles if desired.
  4. Place the top halves back on the sliders and brush melted butter generously over them.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice into individual sliders, and serve with extra horseradish sauce.
