Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water (110°F)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp sea salt

  2. Add flour and sea salt; mix until combined (lumps are okay).
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Punch down the dough and transfer to an oiled baking sheet; shape into desired form while creating dimples.
