- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water (110°F)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour and sea salt; mix until combined (lumps are okay).
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Punch down the dough and transfer to an oiled baking sheet; shape into desired form while creating dimples.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle rosemary and sea salt, let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing.
