Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the spinach until wilted (about 3 minutes). Drain excess liquid.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and half of both cheeses (mozzarella and Parmesan). Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped artichokes and wilted spinach.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
