- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the spinach until wilted (about 3 minutes). Drain excess liquid.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and half of both cheeses (mozzarella and Parmesan). Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped artichokes and wilted spinach.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
