- 2 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat (300°F/150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Generously rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down and cook for about 2 hours with the lid closed.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush barbecue sauce generously onto the ribs and let it caramelize.
- Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
