Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Rub this spice blend all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 2.5 hours until tender.
- Uncover the ribs and brush barbecue sauce on both sides.
- Increase oven temperature to broil and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
