  • 2 tbsp Coarse Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Rub the prime rib generously with coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. In a large skillet over high heat, sear each side of the roast for about 3 minutes until golden-brown.
