Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
