Instructions
- 1. Marinate the shrimp: In a bowl, submerge the shrimp in lime juice. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until pink and opaque.
- 2. Prepare vegetables: While the shrimp marinates, slice cucumber and red onion.
- 3. Combine ingredients: Drain excess lime juice from the shrimp. Add cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and chili peppers to the shrimp bowl.
- 4. Season: Add salt to taste and gently toss until well mixed.
- 5. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes.
