Instructions

- Blend the fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and milk until smooth.
- Taste the mixture; add more honey or syrup if desired, then blend again.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Cover molds with lids or insert wooden sticks, then freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently remove pops.
