  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, fresh and trimmed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and halve them lengthwise. Rinse under cold water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the glaze until well coated.
  5. Spread the sprouts evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
