Ingredients
  

Slaw Base
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrot shredded
  • 1 cup apple thinly sliced or julienned
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Slaw
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and sliced apple.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine
  1. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Serve
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
