Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice Long grain or white
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables Peas, carrots, corn
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is slightly golden.
  4. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
