Smoothie Base
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana ripe for sweetness
  • 2 cups almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder ceremonial grade for best flavor
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup granola for crunch
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds for added nutrition

Method
 

Prepare the Smoothie
  1. In a blender, combine frozen blueberries, banana, almond milk, matcha powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
