Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blueberry Layer
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries washed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, to taste
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup granola for crunch
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Yogurt Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Prepare Blueberry Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, mix fresh blueberries with sugar if desired. Gently toss to coat.
Assemble Dessert Cups
  1. In serving cups, layer the yogurt mixture and blueberry mixture alternately until cups are filled.
  2. Top with granola and garnish with mint leaves.
