  • 1 head Cabbage green or purple
  • 2 medium Carrots sliced
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper any color, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil for finishing
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup Protein of choice tofu, chicken, or shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Gather other colorful veggies like bell peppers and carrots.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Fold in the chopped cabbage with a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
  4. Mix in additional vegetables like bell peppers and carrots, stir-frying for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir fry, tossing to coat and cooking for an extra minute.
  6. Optional: Garnish with freshly chopped green onions before serving.
