Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob husked and cleaned
Cajun Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
Make Cajun Butter
  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Grill the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the corn with the Cajun butter mixture.
  2. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Serve
  1. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with any remaining Cajun butter. Serve hot.
