  • 20 pieces cherry tomatoes halved
  • 20 pieces fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 20 leaves fresh basil whole
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil optional
  • to taste salt for seasoning
  • to taste black pepper for seasoning

Method
 

Assembling the Skewers
  1. Thread a cherry tomato onto the skewer, followed by a basil leaf and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the ends.
  2. Continue assembling until all ingredients are used.
Finishing Touches
  1. Drizzle the assembled skewers with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
