Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved

Method
 

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Cups
  1. In serving cups, layer the cheese mixture and the assorted fruits. Start with a layer of cheese, followed by a layer of fruits, and repeat until cups are filled.
