Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and corn on top of the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine all ingredients.
Serving
- Serve hot, garnished with your choice of toppings such as cheese, sour cream, or cilantro.
