Prepare the Chicken
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet.
Set Up Breading Station
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Bread the Chicken
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Fry the Chicken
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
- Remove the chicken from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
