Ingredients

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Wraps
  • 4 large tortillas flour or whole wheat
Optional Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing for serving

Method

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread a generous amount of the chicken filling over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  2. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge, and secure with toothpicks if necessary. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cook the Wraps
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from skillet, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
