Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups shredded corned beef
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Method
 

Prepare the filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded corned beef, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Assemble the egg rolls
  1. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing towards you. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with a little water.
Fry the egg rolls
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve
  1. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
