- Gather ingredients: corned beef, potatoes, onions, and bell peppers.

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
- Add the onions and bell peppers to the hot skillet, stirring occasionally until they soften and become fragrant—about 5 minutes.
