Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 1 lb corned beef high-quality, tender
  • 8 pieces slider buns soft, slightly sweet
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese melts well
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing or Russian dressing
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard for a zesty kick
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup sauerkraut adds crunch and tanginess
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped finely

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice corned beef into thin, even pieces, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Lightly butter slider buns and toast them in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place a slice of corned beef on the bottom half of each bun, then add a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Spoon sauerkraut onto the cheese, balancing flavors and adding crunch.
  5. Cover with the top half of the buns and bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, cut in half, and serve warm.
